Returns: items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, provided they're unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges: need a different size or variant? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items: if your item arrives damaged, you must submit video proof within 24 hours of receiving the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened (unboxing) so the damage is verifiable from the moment of opening.

Note: earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
